PRODUCER, DIRECTOR, CO-CREATOR of ORIGINAL MUSICALS
Jung and a unique collection of Texas writers have produced 27 unique Original Musicals for families and school audiences since 1989. Inspiring audiences with performances at home in Fort Worth, and around the world, the impact of Jung’s productions in partnership with other writers, children, and the community, are part of Deborah’s DNA.
International delegations participating in the Original Musicals since 1989 include Italy, China, Mexico, Finland, Latvia, Israel, Panama, Spain, Germany, Hungary, Scotland, Albania, Indonesia, Australia, Luxembourg, Columbia, and Switzerland.
Jung’s mantra, “Changing the World One Kid at a Time,” comes through loud and clear with scripts addressing topics as diverse as caring for the planet, the path to freedom, and the impact of communication technology. Kids year after year are changed as they become empowered to use their voices and encouraged to “Act on their Dreams!”
