Welcome to KidPower Leadership! Whether you are goal setting with your Board of Directors or designing team building for a staff development retreat, Deborah Jung will energize, challenge, and motivate you. Our KidPower Leadership workshops and keynotes are built on a stellar history inside a diverse international theatre company founded in 1989 by Mrs. Jung, KWC Performing Arts. Put to the test each summer with international teams of more than 200 Kids and adults, KidPower Leadership has a proven track record to quickly develop synergy between leaders, guide those leaders to set goals & action plans with measurable outcomes, and have terrific fun in the process. Tailored to your specific audience and needs, KidPower Leadership works where any collection of creative minds and entrepreneur spirits challenge themselves to grow.
KidPower Leadership provides a step by step process designed for those whose desire is to build an intentional, creative, and compassionate team of leaders headed on the same path and looking for extraordinary results. Within the design of KidPower, “tribal stories” are told, the corporate culture is shared, power is defined, goals are set, and an action plan is written, practiced and revisited consistently. At the end of the project, or corporate year, the full team evaluates their combined work. In this way, the organization and its leadership grows project to project and year to year.
WHY IS IT CALLED KIDPOWER?
At the heart of the Jung’s model are the Three Super Powers we have as children but often lose as we face the challenges of the adult world.
- Kids are tenacious and never give up!
- Kids expect your answer to be “yes” and most often receive it.
- Kids believe in the impossible!
These are the powers that allow a child to learn to walk, read, ride a bike, swim. These super powers remain until some well-meaning adult tells them that they can’t, they won’t, they shouldn’t try to dream or reach beyond their grasp.
Rediscover with Deborah how you can re-harness these powers as an adult to reach your full potential.
